Aurattech education is pakistan’s first non profit dedicated solely to women. We offer free tech upskilling courses, designed to equip women with the tools to build independent careers in the digital economy.

Mission

At AuratTech, our mission is to empower women through accessible, high-quality tech education that expands their choices and enables them to build entrepreneurial careers and have ownership of their labour. Beyond training , we advocate for women’s economic empowerment , striving to create a world where they have freedom to make their own financial and professional decisions. Our program emulates our belief in holistic education and intervention crafting that bypasses access to information through rights based education.

Mahreen Talha

Mahreen Talha holds a Master’s in Child Rights and Development from King’s College London and specialized training in non profit Data Mangement from ILO. She is also trained as an Infant Montessori Guide through MMI, bringing strong expertise in early childhood development.

Her experience spans program development at Red Maple Montessori, refugee rights advocacy, and community education initiatives. Mahreen has represented AuratTech at the Youth Empowerment Forum CGDL and was selected for the 2025 Global Leadership Challenge, a joint initiative by Oxford University and the St. Gallen Symposium.

As CEO, she leads AuratTech’s strategy to ensure women access inclusive, high-quality digital education.

Maleeha Hammad

An experienced early childhood educator and Head of School at Red Maple Montessori, Maleeha brings over a decade of experience in learner-centered education. She specializes in curriculum development, positive discipline, and inclusive teaching practices. Her leadership guides AuratTech’s educational approach, ensuring our programs remain nurturing, accessible, and transformative.

Manahil

At AuratTech, I lead evidence-based strategies for skills identification and digital pedagogy, shaping curriculum and delivery to empower women in the digital economy. From enrollment analysis to curriculum design, trainer support, and contextual interventions, I focus on driving continuous improvement and growth.

With 5+ years of experience in EdTech, across teaching, training, LMS implementation, and project leadership in diverse, often community-based contexts, I’ve learned there’s always something to dive in on and look up for when it comes to research! And honestly, I love working here – an all-women space alive with research, rhythm, and real impact, where purpose meets the joy of empowering each other every day

Zainab Aman

As the Director of Communications & Outreach at AuratTech, Zainab designs human-centric communication strategies that keep students’ voices, aspirations, and lived experiences at the center of all outreach. She leads narrative building, digital storytelling, and community engagement rooted in dignity and co-creation. She also cultivates partnerships that strengthen AuratTech’s visibility and secure long-term sustainability for the organization.

Previously her youth-focused campaigns and feminist communication projects have collectively reached over 200,000 young people nationally and over 1.7 million people globally. Her work consistently merges data, storytelling, and community to build systems that are inclusive, youth-centered, and built to last. She loves reading and creating stories for a better tomorrow.

Rabia

Rabia Rasheed is the Social Media Content Creator and Designer at Aurattech. From designing and shooting to editing and managing our socials, I handle everything that brings our digital presence to life. I create content strategies, monthly calendars, and fresh creative concepts that keep our platforms active and exciting. My focus is on making engaging visuals, maintaining our brand identity, and turning ideas into content that truly connects with our audience.

Sana

I am working as an HR & Communication Manager at AuratTech, where I oversee the full employee lifecycle including hiring, recruiting, and onboarding candidates. My role also focuses on employee well-being, performance management, and fostering effective internal communication. In addition, I manage key administrative and finance responsibilities, support policy development, and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Lorean

Manages executive schedules, oversees communication, and ensures efficient follow-through on priority tasks. She has previously worked in administrative and communication capacities, contributing to operational efficiency.

Madeeha

At Aurattech I am supporting the design, research and evaluation of Aurattech’s digital skills initiatives for women in low-resource communities. I contribute to curriculum research and development, program research evaluation and reporting.

Previously I have worked as a Psychosocial Support Officer at PAGE, Protection Helpline Assistant at UNHCR, and a counseling intern at Muhlenberg College in the States
