Our work

AuratTech is dedicated to empowering young girls who face barriers to digital access. We provide free, in-person training programs designed to build essential digital skills through project-based learning and community-driven support.
Our first flagship training ran for six months, combining intensive instruction in:

Digital Marketing Web Development E-Commerce

During this program, students attended daily classes and completed regular practical assignments, enabling them to build strong portfolios and apply their skills to real-world scenarios. The training emphasized both hard and soft skills, preparing students to seek freelance opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, or to launch their own entrepreneurial ventures.

This six-month pilot served as the foundation of AuratTech’s approach, proving that long-term, skill-focused education — when paired with community-based learning — can unlock new career pathways for young girls. The success of this batch led to the establishment of AuratTech’s permanent learning center in Saidpur Village, Islamabad, equipped with four fully operational computer labs.

Our training directly contributes to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 and 5, promoting quality education and gender equality by ensuring young girls are equipped to participate in Pakistan’s evolving digital economy.

our approach

At AuratTech, we believe that digital inclusion is vital for empowering young girls and transforming communities. Our approach to training is grounded in creating a holistic learning environment where students are fully supported throughout their learning journey. We do not view education solely as technical instruction; instead, we adopt a public health approach to our training programs. This means focusing on bridging critical public education gaps and designing creative, community-based solutions that address the real challenges faced by women, rather than expecting them to instantly adapt to the highly competitive and male-dominated tech and freelance industries of Pakistan.

Our programs combine AI-powered instruction in coding, digital marketing, and e-commerce with essential life skills such as financial literacy, mental health support, career counseling, and site-based services like free childcare. AuratTech’s model ensures that learning is relevant, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of Saidpur Village’s women, empowering them not only to navigate the digital world but also to thrive within it.

Community Service Curriculum

At AuratTech, the Community Service Curriculum is designed through a rigorous, research-based process, incorporating data gathered from focus group discussions and community health surveys. This ensures that the program is directly responsive to the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the communities we serve. The curriculum addresses barriers that limit women’s participation in education and employment by offering targeted interventions rooted in community insights.

A critical component of the curriculum is the integration of mental health awareness and psychosocial support. AuratTech recognizes that successful skill development requires more than technical training; it demands attention to the social and emotional well-being of learners. By bridging multiple gaps—educational, psychological, and social—the program creates a strong foundation for women to engage meaningfully in learning and employment opportunities.

The curriculum includes a wide range of life skills and community-based modules such as self-defense, financial literacy, environmental education, career counseling, mental health services, art therapy, and first aid training. This holistic approach strengthens participants’ personal resilience and equips them with essential tools to navigate both the digital economy and broader societal challenges.

our impact

AuratTech’s pilot project was implemented over a six-month period in Saidpur Village, Islamabad, targeting young women from marginalized backgrounds who lacked access to formal digital training. The program enrolled 30 participants, all of whom successfully completed the full training cycle. The curriculum combined three key technical components—Web Development, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce—with a parallel Community Service Curriculum focusing on life skills, mental health awareness, financial literacy, self-defense, and environmental awareness.

Quantitative and qualitative monitoring revealed the program’s success in meeting its intended objectives. 100% of participants developed foundational digital skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, SEO, and online marketplace operations. 80% of graduates completed at least one real-life project during the program, leading to the creation of personal portfolios and digital products applicable in real-world contexts. Notably, 60% of participants secured freelance profiles and submitted proposals on platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork within one month of graduation.

In addition to technical achievements, the project made significant contributions to participants’ personal and social development. Pre- and post-program assessments highlighted increased self-efficacy, improved mental well-being, and a higher degree of social participation among students. Importantly, the program also enabled the establishment of 30 new bank accounts and freelance accounts, equipping each participant with the financial infrastructure necessary for income generation.

The Saidpur pilot generated valuable data, informing AuratTech’s commitment to incorporating a public health approach into all future programming. This approach recognizes that skill development cannot occur in isolation from community needs and mental well-being. Findings emphasized that addressing barriers such as limited childcare, mental health stigma, and community safety were critical enablers of participants’ success in the digital economy. The pilot has since laid the groundwork for scaling similar initiatives across other underserved communities in Pakistan.

Success Stories

AuratTech’s inaugural six-month training program in Saidpur Village equipped 30 young women with practical digital skills through courses in Web Development, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce. The program focused on enabling participants to apply their learning to real-life projects, with direct outcomes observed among graduates.
These case studies illustrate AuratTech’s capacity to convert training into concrete livelihood outcomes. The participants were able to translate their newly acquired skills into self-employment, entrepreneurship, and enhanced community engagement. AuratTech’s model demonstrates not only technical skill-building but also sustainable pathways for economic empowerment and resilience for women traditionally excluded from Pakistan’s digital economy.
