Aurat Tech offers four courses, eighteen interaction community sessions, and fortnightly well-being sessions under its three-month Digital Skills program.

The offered courses are as follows:

All offered courses integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their efficient usage.

Objectives of Alumni Program:

The Alumni Program initiative of Aurattech focuses on following key objectives:

To Nurture Professional Growth through Mentorship:
Pairing up alumni cohort with an External Mentor- an expert of the Tech industry who will guide alumni group members on professional network building, current market trends, tips of job hunting in Tech industry and address their concerns
Career Readiness & Jobs Placement:
Connecting the active alumni with internship and job opportunities Mentor alumni members on improving their professional skills in accordance with market trends to increase their chance of getting employed
To create Supportive Space for Continued Learning & Celebrate Milestones:
To provide a space where alumni can further improve their knowledge and skills they learnt from the six months program through refresher and online advanced courses To create a space where alumni can share their concerns & share their early career success with other fellows
To promote self-sustained space for Alumni:
We aim that these meetup sessions will be run by alumni own self later in the program to reflect their ownership. Alumni will finalize the agenda of meetups by themselves & keep sessions running- a sustained approach to stay connected. This alumni cohort will be the Mentor for our next alumni batch

Streams of Alumni Program:
Aurat Tech’s Alumni Program encompasses two streams:
Tech Tyari – a placement stream

She Leads Mentorship Program
Duration: 6 months

External mentor outside of Saidpur Community who will volunteer two hours of their time per month, whereas the Internal mentor from within the alumni group, chosen from one of our former students who will propose the agenda for each alumni meeting to focus on mentoring topics, networking opportunities etc.

Role of Mentors: Mentors will guide a cohort of Alumni in building professional skills & tips to connect with the Tech Industry.

Aurat Tech’s Volunteer Program:

Under Aurat Tech’s volunteer program, active community members are invited to volunteer and facilitate Aurat Tech’s Community sessions. Active volunteers participating in twelve community sessions will be awarded the badges. Aurat Tech’s team aims to engage 80% of women in the cohort of volunteers. Active volunteers can also attend the mentors’ sessions as well.
